The top of the console has various small scratches and scuffs. The bottom of the console has various small scratches and scuffs as well. There is some dust and dirt in the vents and crevices of the console. See pictures for more details on condition. Functionality condition:

The system does not power on or off properly This console does not have a disc drive. You can only make digital downloads and play those. The eject button does not work properly. When you press it, nothing happens. The HDMI port on the system does not work properly. Therefor, the system is unable to be fully tested. The system does not connect to wifi and therefor unable to be updated. The system does not connect to the Playstation Network. There is an issue with the console and anything that needs the Playstation Network cannot be accessed. The system does not have any software downloaded. Anytime the software is added via flash drive, the system claims it is corrupted. The console does not come with a hard drive. The hard drive has been removed.
